Bits of Redwood is one developer, so replies can take a few days. Tell us which game you were playing and what happened. If it's a bug, your device model and iOS version help a lot, and a screenshot helps even more.
Refunds and purchases
Apple handles every App Store payment, so we can't see your order or issue a refund ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase didn't unlock what it should have, email us anyway and we'll look into it.
